1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd78 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the bd78 website located at bd78.io and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd78 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account whenever you have finished a session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify the bd78 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bd78 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs due to your failure to protect your credentials. 4 Deposits & Payment Methods

5 Withdrawals & Verification

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

You may be asked to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

12 Account Suspension & Termination

bd78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Detection of bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or mobile money provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being operated by a minor (person under 21).
• A request from a law enforcement agency, regulatory body, or court of competent jurisdiction.
